"클래식계 이단아"라고 불린다. 기존의 클래식, 오페라, 성악가의 영역을 벗어나 파격적인 패러다임을 제시하며 작품을 발표하고 있다. 이탈리아 작곡가 로시니의 "La Danza", 오스트리아 작곡가 슈베르트의 "Standchen", 독일 작곡가 베토벤의 "Ich liebe dich", 락 기타리스트 김세황과 함께 제작한 아다스 알도의 "그녀에게"는 클래식 최초의 오페라마 뮤직비디오로 평가받는다. 디지털 음원과 뮤직비디오 영상을 포함하여 총 8집의 앨범을 발표하였으며 저서로는 "오페라마 시각 (始覺) 2014"이 있다.
KBS 1TV에서 "클래식계 이단아, 바리톤 정 경"이란 주제로 다큐멘터리 2015가 방영되었으며, MBC, SBS 지상파 방송과 KTV, MBN, CTS, OBS 등 종편 방송 및 주요 언론에서 그의 예술 철학과 작품 활동을 조명하고 있다. 그는 국가 중요 행사인 제60회 현충일 중앙 추념식, 제60회 광복절 기념식, 제58회 해양경찰의 날 등에 독창자로 초청되었으며, 제12회 독도 국민가곡 공모전, 일본군 위안부 문제해결을 위한 제1000회 수요집회에서 노래했다.
성악가 바리톤 정 경은 경희대학교 음악대학을 졸업하고 동대학원에서 예술 경영학 박사 (Ph.D) 학위를 취득 "The Fusion of Performing Arts and Its Impact on Cultural Code.2012", 이탈리아 “가에따노 도니젯띠” 시립 음악원에서 오페라, 뮤지컬, 연출가 과정의 Diploma를 받았다. 국내 및 국제 음악 콩쿨대회에서 10회 우승하였으며, 2010년 예술 신인상을 수상했다.
경희대학교 오페라마 담당 교수를 역임. 현재 한세대학교 예술경영학과 교수 및 (사)오페라마 예술경영 연구소 소장으로 재직하고 있다.

He is called the rebel in the world of classical music. He is proposing an unconventional paradigm and introducing works that are breaking the boundaries of existing classical music, opera, and classical singers. "La Danza" by an Italian composer, Rossini, "Ständchen" by an Austrian composer, Schubert, "Ich Liebe Dich" by a German composer, Beethoven, and "To My Love" by Adas Aldo with rock guitarist James Kim are viewed as classical music’s first OPERAMA music videos. He released 8 albums that include digital tracks and music videos and he is the author of "Operama Unveiled".
The documentary "Claudio Jung, the Rebel in the World of Classical Music" aired on KBS 1TV in 2015. His works and arts philosophy are being in the spotlight on network channels such as MBC and SBS, comprehensive programming channels such as KTV, MBN, CTS, OBS, and etc., and major press. He was invited as the soloist to numerous national events that include the 60th Memorial Day Commemoration, the 60th Independence Day Ceremony, the 58th Korea Coast Guard Day, and etc. He also performed at the 12th Dokdo National Song Contest and the 1000th Wednesday Protest with the hope to resolve the comfort women issue. Baritone Claudio Jung graduated from Kyung-Hee University with a degree in Vocal Music and Ph.D. in Arts Administration with thesis "The Fusion of Performing Arts and Its Impact on Cultural Code, 2012". He graduated from the “Gaetano Donizetti” Institute of Music in Italy with diplomas in opera, musical, and director. He won 10 national and international singing competitions and the Rookie Artist of the Year award in 2010.
He previously held position as the professor of OPERAMA at Kyung-Hee University. He currently holds positions as the professor of Arts Administration at Hansei University and the director of nonprofit organization, OPERAMA Arts Administration Research Institute.
